RTS featuring robots built from various parts, which the player could customise how they saw fit.

Additional Details

RTS featuring robots built from various parts, which the player could customise how they saw fit. Parts included kangaroo legs, a railgun called the Eraser and a shield barrier weapon which linked with others nearby. If enemies were in water you could freeze them all or electrocute them all using certain weapons.
EDIT: Afraid it isn't any of them. It was a real time strategy with 2 factions (I think). One was red and the other was green, and they were rival megacorporations. Thanks for the help though. :)
EDIT 2: Having googled Metal Fatigue I don't think it's that either, although they seem very similar. As I remember the maps were smaller scale and the focus wasn't on base building or resource management. I think unit production was based on a timer, with a factory spitting out a robot at certain intervals. I live in the UK, if that's any help. It may have never been released elsewhere. Thanks for the help :)
