2 mountains, valley in middle, armed building on each 

Additional Details

The sky would change with each round. There was something like a windsock at the top of the screen. Both sides would take turns shooting at each other with bombs, ground disrupters, etc. One of many games that was on my brother-in-laws large floppys.
